

AOA Presidential Memorial Leadership Award
Deadline: March 26, 2010 - CLOSED FOR 2010Students are the leaders of the future. Top leaders motivate and move people and organizations from where they are to where they need to be. The AOA Presidential Memorial Leadership Award annually recognizes a student who has made great strides toward becoming one of the top leaders within the osteopathic profession.
The recipient will be an osteopathic medical student who will be in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th-year of studies in the fall of 2010 and is a current SOMA member. In 2009, the award was increased from $3,000 to $5,000.
This award was established to honor the Past Presidents of the American Osteopathic Association for their leadership and lifetime commitment to the osteopathic profession.

The 2010 recipient will be notified in July and will receive the award on October 24th at the annual AOF Honors Celebration in San Francisco.
