AOF Emerging Leader Award

Leaders are the ones who establish the vision for the future and set the strategy for getting there. They cause change, motivate, and inspire others to head in the right direction. The Emerging Leader Award recognizes an osteopathic physician who has established him or herself as emerging leader within the osteopathic profession. The goal is to promote continued leadership within the osteopathic profession.
The recipient of this $5,000 award will be an an osteopathic physician who has been in practice less than 5 years and is a current member of the AOA and their respective Specialty College.
THE NOMINATION PROCESS IS CLOSED FOR 2010. GOOD LUCK TO ALL NOMINEES!
The 2010 recipient will be notified in July and will receive the award on October 24th at the annual AOF Honors Celebration in San Francisco.
Millicent K. Channell, DO, MA, was presented with the Emerging Leader Award on November 1, 2009 during the AOF Honors Celebration in New Orleans. Congratulations!
