Scholarship and Awards - The AOF offers a variety of grant, scholarship, and award opportunities to osteopathic medical students, residents, physicians, researchers, and osteopathic centers/programs. Through these opportunities, the AOF is able to recognize some of the exceptional individuals within the osteopathic profession who are making a difference.
Grants - The AOF does not accept unsolicited grant requests; instead, grant requests are considered through a Request for Proposal process. The AOF periodically seeks proposals from non-profit organizations that share the AOF's commitment to health care and focus on mission-related, targeted initiatives. You can obtain additional information on the Request for Proposal process or different types of initiatives supported by the AOF by e-mailing sdowney@aof-foundation.org
Special Projects and Supported Programs - The AOF periodically offers special programs or provides funding for outside programs that support the mission of the AOF, which is "To identify and support philanthropic activities that improve people's health and enhance the osteopathic profession."
